Squash Those Self-Limiting Beliefs |

We all have some kind of self-belief or other. Often it is the belief that we are unable to do something. These self-beliefs are the limiting ones, which we need to overcome. I myself had the limiting self-belief that I was no good at mathematics; consequently I failed my math exam and spent many years telling myself I was useless with numbers. The fact that I went on to use statistics widely during my university years seemed to slip my mind and I still thought of myself as no good with figures. I managed to overcome this by squashing the limiting self-belief by replacing it with a positive math belief, that I could indeed do math if I needed to.
Teenagers and anyone else for that matter often have limiting self-beliefs that really hold them back. Unfortunately these beliefs are sometimes installed by misunderstandings with teachers, parents and peers. This workshop aims to re-programme the mind by using positive self image and where possible getting rid of the limiting belief using practical work. The workshop utilizes many tried and tested training methods and also Neuro Linguistic Programming. The workshop is 2 hours long and can be used as a stand alone course or combined with any 2 others for a full day programme.
